At Limited Run Games, we strive to ensure every collector is satisfied with their purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Support Ticket

  Visit our support portal and open a new ticket with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  Provide Documentation

  Attach clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging to help our team assess the eligibility of your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

• 4.
  Ship and Process

  Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier; your refund or replacement will be processed upon receipt.
