How long do pre-orders typically take to ship?
Since our games are manufactured to order, shipping typically occurs 4-6 months after the pre-order window closes. Special Editions may take longer due to production complexity.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within the pre-order window. Once the manufacturing process has begun, we are unable to process cancellations or refunds.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local government.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos to arrange a replacement.
Are your games region-locked?
Most of our physical releases for modern consoles like the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4/5 are region-free and will play on hardware from any territory.
When is my payment method charged?
Payment is captured immediately at the time of checkout to secure your copy and fund the manufacturing run for the limited release.
